We are seeking a creative and experienced UX Designer to join our dynamic product design team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-centered experiences across our digital products and platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to understand user requirements and business goals
- Conduct user research, analyze user behavior, and gather insights to inform design decisions
- Create user personas, user journey maps, and other artifacts to communicate user needs and design solutions
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries to ensure consistency across products
- Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to iteratively improve designs
- Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth implementation of designs and provide guidance on UI/UX best practices
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UX design trends, techniques, and technologies
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and evangelize UX best practices within the organization
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX design, preferably in a product-driven environment
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX design process, including research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design
- Proficiency in UX design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar
- Experience with user research methods, such as user interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Knowledge of interaction design principles, information architecture, and user psychology
- Familiarity with web and mobile design principles, responsive design, and accessibility guidelines
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
- Experience designing for complex enterprise or SaaS applications
- Knowledge of front-end web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Experience with data visualization and dashboard design
- Certification in UX design or related fields
