The client was using a large consulting firm, which was costly and didn’t allow for their consultants to become full-time employees of the hospital system.
Associate Staffing consulted with the client’s hiring team, human resources team and talent acquisition team to overhaul their interview and onboarding processes.
We reduced interview and onboarding processes by 50% and provided 20+ full-time employees to support the implementation. These employees were integral in supporting the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the hospital systems.
Implementation was executed on time. The client maintained a healthy full-time employee base and saved $1.75 million compared to the expense of the large consulting firm.
