What You Will Be Doing: 

The Administration/Marketing Assistant will support the marketing team by coordinating meetings, managing projects, and facilitating team communications. They will act as a liaison between various departments, assist with event logistics, maintain project trackers, and develop presentations for internal and external stakeholders. This role requires close collaboration with teams across Sales, Business Development, Product, PR, and more. Additionally, the Assistant will support media sales revenue efforts and help elevate the company’s presence in the marketplace.

Qualifications: 

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, product, or a related field (internships included)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office programs
  • Passion for media and advertising
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced marketing environment
  • Ability to manage event logistics and sponsorships
  • Hybrid work environment: 3 days in the office
