What You Will Be Doing:
As a Production Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-centered digital assets across various platforms, including web, social media, and display. You will collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure all designs align with brand standards while meeting the specifications of different platforms. Key tasks include adjusting content hierarchy, text, and visuals, versioning ads for different formats, and implementing efficient production processes. You will also be expected to manage multiple projects simultaneously and communicate progress effectively using design software like Adobe Suite and Figma.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience working in a digital production role.
- Knowledge of the following design programs: Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat.
- Excellent time management, time-tracking, and file organization skills.
- Proficient understanding of design principles.
- Technical aptitude with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Equally resourceful and inquisitive.
- Process-oriented, with the ability to provide input regarding possible areas of improvement as needed.
- Proven track record of working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
- Self-managed with strong communication skills.
- Any image retouching, email marketing platforms, or motion experience is a plus.
