What You Will Be Doing:
Technical leads take charge of technical teams. While their duties vary and they will ensure the smooth functioning of technical operations, monitor and evaluate staff progress, assist with training and recruitment, set goals, and ensure overall client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (typically 10+ years) in technology leadership roles within the financial services industry. Strong understanding of financial services technology, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and lead successful technology initiatives.
