The Incident Manager/Technical Lead will collaborate with the entire range of technical resources within the Business Technology Services (BTS) organization to establish and maintain technology standards and evaluate new technologies and designs to enable and achieve its business goals in the most economical, scalable, and supportable way.

Job Requirements:
• Key contributor to technical project design, review, and research. This person will be a senior technical resource who will lead design discussions and actively participate in system evaluations, design, development and implementations.
• Assist in the establishment and maintenance of written technology standards and best practices. Develop clear and organized documentation aimed at both highly technical as well as non-technical, business oriented audiences.
• Key Contributor to the development and execution of an enterprise-wide technical roadmap. Key contributor on the recommendations and visions for short, mid, and long term technology plans.
• Lead functional teams in systems integration and design, including writing operational specs and requirements management.
• Present technology presentations, overviews, and training to a range of groups and audiences.
• Contribute as a senior technical resource for others and act as a technical advisor to management.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience with a minimum of 7 years of experience.
• Expertise in systems architecture, engineering, administration, configuration, troubleshooting, performance tuning, preventative maintenance, and security procedures.
• Experience with network architecture including experience with load balancing equipment, switches, routers, and network troubleshooting.
• Hardware systems design, enterprise storage and disk subsystems, cluster management, troubleshooting.
• Web and application server expertise including administration, configuration, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
• Thorough understanding of Network, application, and data security best practices.
• Experience with very high volume OLTP Databases and large data warehouse environments.
• Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, .NET, SQL, Visual Studio, TFS, SOA, WebSphere MQ (MQSeries), TIBCO and Enterprise Service Bus (ESB).
• Experience with identity management, including authentication and entitlement services
• Excellent systems documentation and architecture diagram skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of the broker dealer business, project management methods, SOX and other audit controls is a plus.
• Knowledge of ITIL, COBIT and Informatica is a plus.
