Job Description:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll contribute to the recruiting process with a focus on delivering an outstanding candidate and hiring leader experience! In this role, you’ll serve as our primary customer service contact, providing a high level of value and service while developing effective working relationships across our organization.

You’ll have the opportunity to:
Collaborate with recruiters, hiring leaders, and other internal partners with a focus on scheduling interviews – coordinating calendars, managing travel and hotel arrangements, creating interview itineraries, and working within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Facilitate and review background checks in accordance with company guidelines.
Build excitement and serve as candidates’ primary point of contact, often being the first touch point with the company – offering a terrific opportunity to provide an excellent first impression and positive experience.
Provide coverage of our Recruiting Center Front Desk, greeting candidates and hiring leaders who host interviews at our Corporate Des Moines campus.

Responsibilities:

Associate’s degree or equivalent experience plus 2+ years related work experience (i.e. customer service, Human Resources, etc.) required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Customer-first mentality and solution oriented with a curiosity about learning new things and trying new ways of doing things in an attempt to operate more efficiently and optimally.
Experience scheduling in Outlook and proficiency with MS Office programs including Outlook, Word, OneNote, and Teams.
Technically savvy with ability to quickly learn recruiting technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Ability to work swiftly in a high workload, fast-paced environment with frequent, shifting priorities.
Time management, multi-tasking, strong attention to detail, with excellent written and verbal communication, problem solving, sophisticated decision-making, reasoning, consultative, and organizational skills.
A high degree of confidentiality required.
Interests or background aligning with HR or Talent Acquisition preferred.
