Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Product Owner with a strong Agile mindset to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully guiding product development through Agile methodologies, working closely with engineering teams to deliver exceptional results. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining and prioritizing product features, communicating the product vision, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product features based on customer needs, business objectives, and market trends.
- Develop and maintain a product backlog, ensuring that it is prioritized and regularly refined to reflect changing requirements and market dynamics.
- Work closely with engineering teams to clarify requirements, provide guidance, and ensure that product development aligns with the overall vision and goals.
- Lead sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and iterative development.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the product team and other stakeholders, communicating updates, progress, and feedback effectively.
- Champion Agile principles and practices within the organization, driving adoption and ensuring adherence to Agile methodologies throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly product experiences that delight customers and drive engagement.
- Monitor key performance metrics and user feedback to evaluate product performance, identify areas for improvement, and inform future product enhancements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role, with a demonstrated track record of successfully delivering software products in Agile environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles.
- Proven ability to prioritize competing demands, make data-driven decisions, and drive consensus among stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience working with engineering teams, with a solid understanding of software development processes and best practices.

- Agile certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) is a plus.
