What You Will Be Doing:
The Product Owner helps bring purpose to the Scrum Team and is charged with maximizing the value of the team’s work. The Product Owner maintains the Product Backlog and works closely with Stakeholders, Customers, and the Business to cultivate and nurture a community around the product. This person will be a Supervision, Risk, and Compliance (SRC) Product Owner who will help lead a portfolio of SRC products and programs and contribute to the organization’s ongoing Digital Transformation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years experience in product management, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- 3+ years as a Product Owner
- Jira and AHA would be nice
- Capable of serving as a liaison between technology, business, and users, and working effectively with all internal stakeholders, leaders within Supervision. Exposure to release management
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Financial Services background is preferred
