The company: We are a leading provider of home services with a nationwide presence, supporting centers across the network with daily projects and activities, focusing on maintaining IT equipment and providing exceptional customer service.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Support centers across the network with daily projects and activities as directed.
  • Maintain IT equipment throughout the environment.
  • Manage multiple customer requests simultaneously, including troubleshooting PCs, wireless handheld devices, thin clients, printers, MACs, and other end-user devices.
  • Provide support to multiple locations remotely.
  • Report directly to the IT Manager of the Services Support Desk.
  • Assist users with technical issues over the phone and email while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Follow standard Deskside operating procedures; accurately update tickets using defined tracking software and processes.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications for support, reporting, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with other business members to escalate or resolve tickets as quickly as possible.
  • Take responsibility for issues from start to successful resolution.
  • Exercise professionalism in our dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Take ownership of your work with limited supervision.
  • Provide moderately complex technical support for end users.
  • Lead installation, configuration, and maintenance efforts related to computer operating systems, particularly macOSX.
  • Develop a sound understanding of IT operations, related applications, and IT systems, as well as business processes and procedures.
  • Maintain adequate knowledge of operating systems and application software to provide high-level support.

Qualifications:

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in computer science and/or 3-5 years’ work experience in the specialty area, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, required.
  • Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems, with an emphasis on macOSX.
  • Ability to prioritize work based on department and production objectives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work and make decisions independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Target Start Date: ASAP
  • Contract Duration: 6 months
  • Location: Scottsdale, AZ
  • This is a hybrid position; employees will switch days onsite, with some weeks requiring 2 days and some 3 days in the office. Full in-office presence is required only when executives are in town.
