  • Process customer claims efficiently and accurately.
  • Handle incoming calls from customers, providing assistance and resolving inquiries.
  • Respond to customer emails promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional customer service

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) 
  • 3-5 years of customer service or inside/outside sales experience
