What You Will Be Doing:
- Review employment applications for assigned locations and contact qualified candidates for questionnaires and interviews
- Lead sourcing initiatives to attract applicants who are likely to be hired
- Support business recruiting projects
- Maintain knowledge of HR policies and procedures, especially in recruiting
- Provide exceptional customer service through strong communication, follow-up, prioritization, and urgency
- Handle reporting and additional projects as assigned

- Ability to learn to quickly navigate iCIMS applicant tracking system with training provided
- Fluent with office software
