What You Will Be Doing:
In this role, you will lead project management efforts for a variety of creative deliverables, from business cards and posters to TV spots. You will oversee a team of four project managers, driving the workflow and managing project timelines and resources. Your responsibilities will include identifying best practices, introducing and evaluating project management tools, and ensuring efficient workflow processes. You’ll also handle project forecasting, capacity planning, and maintain digital asset management. The role offers the potential for full-time hire after a 90-day evaluation period.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in a creative agency or marketing environment.
- Proficiency in using project management tools (Hive or similar) to manage workflows.
- Experience leading project managers and handling various types of projects.
- Ability to evaluate tools, introduce best practices, and optimize team efficiency.
- Strong organizational skills to manage digital assets and maintain operational consistency.
- Experience in agency operations is preferred but not required.
- Ability to identify when additional freelance support may be needed.
