What You Will Be Doing:
This individual will work closely with our stakeholders to facilitate excellent user experiences and deliver continuous improvement of our tools and reporting products. They will employ subject matter expertise, excellent communication skills, and analytical thinking to own and improve support processes, enable effortless data management, and ensure successful delivery of tool enhancements and accompanying reporting.
Qualifications:
- 3-8 year of experience in data analysis/reporting/technical support
- Proficient in Microsoft Sharepoint and Microsoft Visio
- Intermediate SQL & PowerBI
- Proficient with concepts of relational data, reporting, and data manipulation
- Ability to flex between tactical execution with strategic thinking
- Experience building, supporting, or governing Microsoft Power Platform solutions required
- Passionate about data, process improvement, and software design
- Enthusiastic, logical, and decisive problem solving
