A U.S.-based satellite television provider offers a variety of services, including TV programming, internet, and wireless communications. In recent years, the company has expanded into the wireless market, developing a 5G network to diversify its business. It has faced challenges due to declining demand for traditional TV services, driven by the rise of streaming platforms, and is focusing on wireless growth to stay competitive in the evolving telecom landscape.

What You Will Be Doing: 

As a Senior Creative Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in managing creative projects from inception to delivery within an established in-house ad agency. This full-time position includes benefits such as medical coverage and a retirement plan. Your responsibilities will involve acting as the liaison between internal client partners and creative teams, managing communications, and ensuring project deadlines are met. You’ll need strong skills in data analytics, project management, and client-facing roles, ideally with a background in video content delivery services or broadcasting. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential for success in this role. The hiring process will include multiple interviews to assess fit and capabilities.

Qualifications: 

  • Data Analytics background highly desired
  • Experience working in an agency
  • Preferred: experience working in video content delivery services, broadcasting
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders 
  • Undergraduate degree and 5-10 years experience
