Key Accounts Invoice Administrator- Remote

Role Description
Responds to vendor and office inquiries and evaluates and selects solutions from established options. Answers predominantly routine inquiries, orders, service needs and complaints. Resolves issues that may require deviation from standard processes.

Contribution
This role plays a vital role in ensuring customers satisfaction by providing solutions to more difficult or complexed inquiries which are predominantly routine, but may require deviation from standard screens, scripts, and procedures. Impacts own team through the quality of the services or information provided.

Communication
Interacts with Account Teams, vendors and Local Trane Offices. Receives and/or places emails which are predominantly routine, but may require deviation from standard screens, scripts, and procedures.

Dimension
Typically operates on a national level. Requires ability to navigate multiple computerized data entry systems and other relevant applications.
