What You Will Be Doing: 

As a Traffic Coordinator for a dynamic media sales team, the candidate will be responsible for maintaining the on-air product through heavy data entry and systematic management of advertising content across multiple networks. The role involves receiving traffic instructions from advertising companies, entering deal information into the system, scheduling networks on the platform, and managing a variety of rotating tasks to ensure smooth workflow using a ticketing system. This entry-level position is based in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, offering significant growth opportunities and potential for internal promotion or transfer.

Qualifications: 

  • Proficient in heavy data entry
  • Strong computer skills across multiple operating systems
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Bachelor’s degree not required
  • On-site interviews
