What You Will Be Doing

As a Business Analyst/Salesforce Administrator, you will:

  • Serve as the business analyst for Salesforce CRM, Account Engagement, Territory Planning, and Reporting.
  • Act as a contributing administrator for the Salesforce environment.
  • Write documentation for configurations, code, and integrations.
  • Build Salesforce reports based on requirements.
  • Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and resolution.
  • Work with product managers and business stakeholders to document User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.
  • Build and maintain the Salesforce roadmap with product managers.
  • Collaborate with product managers and UX designers to deliver optimal and customer-friendly implementations.
  • Experiment with new ideas and work in teams to transform them into reality.
  • Prioritize stories with the product manager and technical program manager to ensure team success.
  • Assist in training new users and growing the Salesforce skill set across the organization.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum five years of experience as a Business or Solution Analyst.
  • Minimum three years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Understanding of the Salesforce platform with the ability to perform basic configurations.
  • Ability to test Salesforce features and write queries for data evaluation.
  • Understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.
  • Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
  • Ability to write quality business and technical requirement documentation.
  • Ability to translate requirements between business and engineering.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements.
  • Ability to assist in UAT planning and execution, facilitating between users and the engineering team.
  • Ability to work with the training team to help them understand the product for communication and training materials.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Track record of developing products in an Agile development environment.
  • Salesforce experience in Sales Cloud, Case Management, Marketing Cloud/Account Engagement, Territory Planning, and Tableau CRM preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Administrator certifications preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, triggers, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity.
  • Understanding of Git and development activities such as merge, conflict resolution of code.
  • Understanding of API development, Data Migrations, and cloud services.
