What You Will Be Doing:
Supervises the day-to-day operations of general office Administrative Team and the Service Administrative Team to ensure the office is effectively and efficiently responding to customer service needs and problem solving.

Qualifications:

  • Manages the G&A budget for office furniture, supplies, repairs and renovations.
  • Handles office equipment purchases or leasing.
  • Monitors daily activities of the Administrative Team and oversees incoming phone calls to ensure outstanding customer service.
  • Handles customer complaints and problem calls to avoid downstream issues. Oversees/monitors all office supply orders.
  • Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university and five years related experience in Accounting or Business Administration or combination of education and experience. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office. Superior supervisory skills required.
