What You Will Be Doing: 

The Incident Manager, Wireless NOC will lead 5G Network Surveillance and Fault Isolation & Management teams within a 24/7 Network Operations Center (NOC). This role involves overseeing end-to-end incident lifecycle management, from detection to resolution, while implementing corrective actions and collaborating with advanced operations, engineering, and other functional teams. The position aims to enhance system performance, minimize errors, and maximize uptime, driving continuous process improvements based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and maintaining a high level of service availability.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 8-10 years of telecom/wireless experience.
  • Proven experience managing 4G/5G NOC shift environments.
  • Strong knowledge of 5G components (Core, RAN, Network, Transport, etc.).
  • Ability to organize dynamic schedules, prioritize workloads, and ensure timely incident resolution.
  • Motivated to address high-level technical challenges and troubleshoot to resolution.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience supervising and developing team members.
  • Excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and manage complex incidents.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and people management skills.
  • Enthusiastic, adaptable, and willing to learn new technologies and approaches.
