This individual is responsible for application support and configuration of the assigned application. This position entails assisting, training, and supporting customers with the operation and administration of the designated application. This individual troubleshoots issues and works with vendors on issue resolution.

- College Degree
- Epic Cadence Certification
- Experience in Decision Trees and Visit Types
